Italian Wine Dinner x Enoteca Wine

Join us on Tuesday, 12 April at 7 pm for an Italian wine dinner, co-hosted by Enoteca Wine.

This exclusive event combines Japanese and Peruvian ingredients to bring you a show-stopping five-course menu. Highlights include Kingfish Ceviche, Seared Canadian Scallops with Caviar, Wagyu Beef Tartare with Dried Yolk and Tataki Onion, and Lamb Rump Cap with Chimichurri and Furikake.

To accompany each dish, you will be presented with a stunning range of Australian wines from Victoria's Vinea Marson, juxtaposed against classic Italian varieties such as Prosecco, Syrah, Nebbiolo, Barolo and Montepulciano.
